Your responsibilities
- Track and manage outstanding visa cases and payments
- Streamline the internal and external visa follow-up process
- Manage, process and communicate charged, received and outstanding tuition fees and other payments associated with the student journey to students (tuition fees, program change fees, readmission fees, ECTS retake fees and other additional fees)
- Administrate Leave of Absence students
- Administrate ÖH fees, including reminders to students
- Support orientation (student arrival) and graduation (final outstanding payment check)
- Contact point for all tuition and other fees related questions
- Collect insights and information on the customer and use this information to enhance the customer experience
- Produce reports on payment statuses and requesting student accounts details
Your profile
- University degree preferred (HAK graduates are welcome to apply)
- Relevant work experience (2+ years),prior work experience in higher education desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with international teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proactive, agile, service-oriented and engaged attitude; strong attention to detail
- Secure user of MS 365 products
- Valid work permit in Austria
